• Officers: MTM Shruthi emphasized the importance of reflection to pause and look back at the journey the club has undertaken in the past year June 2021- June 2022. Besides the contests she informed members of the active involvement of Prat TM Namrata, TM Abidul, TM Deepti, TM Pratibha and self in the Youth Leadership Program, presented the annual report of the year gone by 2021-2022. She highlighted the different theme meetings held from Reverse Meeting, Salute to Teachers, Mind Mapping and many others. She complemented members who participated in hosting the Area, Division and DTAC contests.

The Meeting kicked off to a good start with greet master Irfan Shaikh greeting all the members. The incoming President Shruthi Shetty beautifully reflected the year gone by with a creative presentation. She highlighted all the meetings held during the year under various themes, with beautiful graphics. Wonderful face to face meetings, at the park, the Hybrid meetings, unique ones- Reverse meeting hosted by DTM Basheer, Salute to teachers by TM Shruthi, the Mind Mapping session by TM Deepti Tak, Light up your life meeting hosted by Shameema Ahmed, DTM and Online ones. She also affirmed all the key roles players at the Club, Area, Division and District contests and praised them for their efforts.  She valued the members who hosted the Youth Leadership program led by TM Namrata Pandey.

We then had the release of the colorful newsletter; Enliven Vol3- “Add Life to Your Thoughts” by TM Nancy VP PR Who all praised and congratulated for the wonderful digital content and graphics. Having released three colorful newsletters, full of good cheer and mirth for all shades of readers.

This was followed a very enlightening Education session by TM Namrata Pandey the new Division Director. TM Namrata explained very simply the DTM journey giving examples and ample time to members to pose questions.

She explained the requirements for DTM as well as the DTM Project and its elements. She encouraged new members to embark on this journey at their own pace and to enjoy the process.

We then had the Installation of the New EXCOM with Shameema, DTM leading the proceedings. Shameema, DTM very poised and assuringly installed each member of the EXCOM and asked them to take their pledge in allegiance, to the Club and Toastmasters International for the year June 2022- June 2023.

What a wonderful Table topics session was very ably handled by MTM Pratibha the new VP Education. She very candidly put forward various scenarios to Speakers of what in their opinion they thought of various facets of life. Speakers were very forthcoming and came up with wide ranging ideas.

General Evaluator TM Elroy Vaz stressed on the positive aspects of the meeting as well as put forward some areas for improvement to members present.

Meeting ended on a positive note with new President TM Shruthi thanking the previous Ex Com and requesting the current Ex Com to take their roles with enthusiasm and commitment for 2022-2023.
