Committee Report: “It is in your moments of decision that your destiny is shaped.” Just think about it anything in your life is due to your decisions. One of the decisions you need to make to get the most, out of life is to take off in your life. TME Nancy Roji portrayed that, this analogy is applicable to our lives. We are all in the runway of life and we see others taking off in their lives. The moment we decide to take off, in our lives is where we take from the control of our life and direct it to the way we want it to happen.TM Nancy Roji glided the 363th meeting flight interestingly by giving an experience of Air travelling. The Meeting commenced powerfully with a quote of John F Kennedy by SAA TM Preetha Narayanan and declared as opened by President TM Namrata Pandey at 7.35P.m. She addressed the members by pointing out the Takeoff situations we face every segment of our life. She also urged the members to follow the announcements of the meeting. The magnificent words of wisdom ‘The Thought for the Day’ delivered by TM Rajan Tawde wherein he explained the necessary turning paths of human life to take off to various situations.
Prepared speeches were delivered by TM Elroy, TM Preetha Narayanan and DTM Shameema astonished the members with their profound words.
TM Elroy gave his Ice Breaker project. He delineated his journey of life, his job, interests. and his family. He also sketched, the up and downs in life he faced and finally how he has been achieved his goal.His speech was evaluated by TM Ranjit
TM Preetha Narayanan gave his L2P2 project on the topic ‘Communicate with a purpose’. she has taken the members to a learning platform wherein she taught the process of making ’Google Forms’ as the subject is inevitable in the current scenario. Her speech was evaluated by TM Basheer.
DTM Shameema gave her L1P2-SP1 project on the topic “Paradox of Life”. The dramatic figure of speech meets various circumstances of life; itstands out and play an important role in everyday life. Her speech was evaluated by DTM Rajsekhar.
MOMENTS OF TRUTH
Toastmasters club has its mission to provide a mutually supportive and positive learning environment so that each member can have the opportunity to develop communication and leadership skills. This, in turn, fosters individual self-confidence and personal growth. A moment of truth is an episode where a person comes in contact with any aspect of the Toastmasters experience and forms an impression of a club’s quality and service. Our dynamic Toast Master, the master blaster leader TM Abidul Islam made a walk us through the ‘The Moment of Truth’.
The session was really a pragmatic tool for the members as it involved a detailed review of the club’s activities and to identify improvements and solutions. Appreciating TM Abid for taking the wonderful effort to conduct an informative workshop in an interesting way.
Table Topics session-a session where we get members and guests in the audience to participate in giving impromptus speeches. TM Shruthi, the creative energizer kept all the speakers on their feet.
The General Evaluation was done by TM Shajahan in detail. TM Shajahan appreciated all the role players and congratulated TME for her propitious Take off wherein the members enjoyed the journey especially appreciated the capturing of the IUTM moments. He urged all members to take off IUT to the heights as we have energetic and enthusiastic members with us.
Finally, the landing of the meeting announced by TME in an interesting way by showing the shots of the meeting 363. At 9.40 Pm the IUTM’s virtual Flight landed at the runway. The meeting Gate declared ‘closed’ by the President TM Namrata Pandey after the result declaration.
It has been a propitious and different interesting meeting. See you all next week!

Yesterday’s meeting was so engaging. TM Nancy took us on a nostalgic trip down the memory lane. Very well conducted meeting Nancy.
All the role players, speakers and evaluator’s did a fantastic job.
TM Shahjahan gave some very nice inputs for making our meetings better.
The MOT workshop conducted by TM Abidul gave us a very good feedback with respect to the functioning of the club.
We have a lot of take away’s from yesterday’s meeting.
We will try to implement some of the suggested actions, some are already in the pipeline.
