Committee Report: IUTM’s 376th meeting was conducted on 28h March 2021 under the guidance of VP Education TM Mohammed Asif based on the theme Speech Crafting. It was an astonishing meeting stuffed with the messages that how to craft a speech for toast master’s meeting and has provided abundance of learning takeaways. The meeting clock punched all the way by the stance of 11 IUTM members. The tryst of the evening instilled the spirit of members’ exuberant dedication, leadership, discipline, commitment, team spirit and coordination in the digital platform.
The Meeting declared as opened by TM Mohammed Asif on behalf of Madam Pr. TM Namrata Pandey at 7.45P.M. After the call of order by TM Nancy Roji. The success of a club meeting depends on the participants and their roles as they play an important part in making the club experience enjoyable. The frolic meeting eve was steered by our innovative educationist TM Mohd. Asif. He introduced the instinct levels of speech crafting we need to compose the ears of our listeners. It involves a universal audience response as well as the Listeners respond to content that is relatable or of personal value.
Prepared speeches were delivered by TM Shruti, TM Pratibha Tiwari, TM Elroy and TM Shabnam Syed. Allthe speakers inspired the audience with loads of power packed information.
TM Shruti delivered her speech on Leadership of project L2P2 wherein she conveyed the quality of a leader, how our contribution and responsibility will help to enhance our leadership journey. TM Kumarappan evaluated her speech.
TM Pratibha Tiwari presented her L5P2 project through an engaging and interesting panel discussion. TM Deepak, DTM Basheer and TM Shruti shared their views on the speaker’s points from the panel desk. Her speech was evaluated by TM Mohammed Asif.
TM Elroy spoke on his project L1P2 of presentation mastery wherein he pointed the value of motivation. Motivation is the most important function to carry out and it’s the base of all our performances. DTM Basheer evaluated her speech.
TM Shabnam Syed has presented her first Toastmaster speech project ice breaker wherein she has made the members to familiarize the mile stones she has met in her life. Congratulations Shabnam for taking first step in her toastmaster journey with the Ice breaker speech. TM Nancy evaluated her speech.
TME Activity has conducted by TM Mohammed Asif through an informative educational segment on All about Speech crafting as it is important part of all toastmasters to achieve their goal. Speaker’s internal motivation factors – ie Why and what before how.and how the speech can be get aligned the needs of the audience.
The General Evaluation brought crisply by TM Deepak Sony. He analyzed all the positive points of the meeting. TM Deepak Sony appreciated all the role players for their edifying contribution to take up multitasking roles in the meeting. Especially he appreciated TME TM Mohammed Asif for drooling over an enjoyable and excellent emotional meeting. GE had some recommendation for the improvement of the upcoming meetings as we need to focus and work on each and every areas of the online platforms. All toastmasters to adhere time and focus on what we can earn from each meeting of toastmasters journey.
Finally, the elation of the evening was declared closed by the President TM Namrata Pandey.
