Committee Report: IUTM’s 375th meeting was conducted on 14th March 2021 under the guidance of presiding officer TM Namrata Pandey. It was an astonishing meeting stuffed with the messages that how to overcome the fear in correlation with our emotions and the meeting has abundance of takeaways. The meeting clock punched all the way by the stance of 15 IUTM members and a guest Muhammad Raheem. A journey of victory smashed out the fear forged in emotional intelligence of each member and the members togetherness.The tryst of the evening instilled the spirit of members’ exuberant dedication, leadership, discipline, commitment, team spirit and coordination in the digital platform.
The Meeting declared as opened by President TM Namrata Pandey at 7.40 P.M. after the call of order by our dynamic SAA TM Preetha Narayanan. The success of a club meeting depends on the participants and their roles as they play an important part in making the club experience enjoyable. The frolic meeting eve was steered by our innovative life coach TMPratibha Tiwari. She introduced the instinct levels of fear we face in our life by the core statement that the fear is one of the most basic human emotions. It involves a universal biochemical response as well as a high individual emotional response. If we aren’t ready to face our fears, we probably won’t try to overcome them. TM Shruti Shetty empowered the attendees with her powerful words of wisdom through ‘The Thought for the Day’ wherein she explained, the Fear is a natural emotion and a survival mechanism. Fear alerts us to the presence of danger or the threat of harm, whether it is physical or psychological.
Prepared speeches were delivered by TM Basheer and TM Mohammed Asif on their L4P1 project. TM Basheer delivered 2 impromptu speeches. TM Asif spoke on the topic ‘Find your why and what before the how”. Both the speakers inspired and enthralled the audience with loads of power packed information.
TM Namrata Pandey and TM Elroi evaluated the speeches of TM Basheer and TM Mohammed Asif respectively.
The Table Topic Master TM Shruthi Shetty enfolded the speakers, speaking skills with interesting topics. Guest Mohammed Rahim, Tm Shabnam, DTM Shameema, TM Shahjahan and TM Elroy enthusiastically participated in Table Topics segment.
The fun filling activities conducted by TME energized the learning platform which helped the members to tackle their ideas to express in an informative way.
The General Evaluation brought crisply by TM Murari. He analyzed all the positive points of the meeting. TM Murari appreciated all the role players for their enthralling contribution to the meeting. Especially he appreciated TME TM Pratibha Tiwari for drooling over an enjoyable and excellent emotional meeting. He had some recommendation for the improvement of the upcoming meetings as we need to focus and work on each and every areas of the online platforms. The polling method has to be more editable and the entry and exit from the meeting should not be done until necessary.
Finally, the elation of the evening was declared closed by the President TM Namrata Pandey.
