  • Committee Report: Negotiations…!! we negotiate all day, every day, from the time you wake up to the time you go to sleep. Contract terms and conditions. Hiring, managing performance, and firing. Defining deadlines, scope, and deliverables. Collecting fees. Seeking alignment about business strategy. Enlisting stakeholders. Creating partnerships and joint ventures. Dissolving them. We make offers, counteroffers, and agreements to settle. we say yes. we say no. we stall for time. Real life is happening all around us while we’re facing many situations…. TM Mohammed Aslam glided the 361th meeting intelligently by illustrating   the Negotiations in our daily life. Success has everything to do with your individual day to day choices, actions and experiences. No matter how big or small they are. Mentoring and coaching are instrumental parts of the learning and development strategy these days, and have been proven to be effective in terms of engaging, developing, and retaining talent. TM Asif has clearly explained the relationship between a mentor and a mentee. TM Asif elucidated the key points to establish a successful mentor-mentee relationship.: Developing knowledge will bridge us together, develop a Relationship of Trust, Roles and Responsibilities, Establish Short- and Long-Term Goals, Collaborate to Solve Problems. Appreciating TM Asif for taking the wonderful effort to conduct an informative workshop in an interesting way.

The General Evaluation was done by TM Pratibha Tiwari in detail. TM Pratibha Tiwari appreciated all the role players and congratulated TME for his Euphoria meeting such as the serving of special delicious dishes in a single plate.  She has given some suggestion such as, a) Confirmation of the role players before the meeting to declare their roles in the meeting b) Speakers should keep the speaking position to fit the camera. C) Toastmasters should replace the old background to the updated one.

Finally, the negotiation skills shared by our TME has taken all members to a greater space in the IUTM’s virtual platform and each member had a second thought on the series of Negotiations happening in our life.
