It was the fifth electrifying online meeting of IUTM and it was brilliantly steered by TM Ranjith Nair. ‘Electrifying’ was the word of the day introduced by TM Kumarappan. The meeting was declared open by Acting President TM Namrata Pandey at 8:08 PM. She greeted all and gave her best wishes for ‘Mother’s Day’. The thought of the day ‘Mother’s are special because of their unconditional love.’ was given by TM Mohammad Asif while expressing his emotions for mothers.
TME started the meeting with interesting information sharing about emojis, their history, types, meaning etc.
Prepared speeches were delivered by TM Chunav Datta, TM Rajan Tawde, TM Mohammad Asif, TM Mohammad Basheer and TM Deepti Tak.
TM Chunav gave her L1 P1 Speech on ‘Adaptive Leadership’. She spoke about ‘Roshni Wadhva’s’ writeup about how adaptive leadership can help to accelerate any transformation. Her speech was evaluated by TM Namrata Pandey.
TM Rajan Tawde gave his L2-P2 Speech on ‘Grudges’. He spoke about how grudges can destroy our life and how ‘forgive and forget’ approach is helpful to deal with it. His speech was evaluated by DTM Rajsekhar.
TM Mohammad Asif gave his L2-P1 Speech on ‘Communication Skill’. He explained that communication is a skill which can be learnt and how he learnt this skill in his life. His speech was evaluated by TM Shruthi.
TM Mohammad Basheer gave Advance Speech 38. He spoke about ‘think differently’ and how this perspective can bring changes in our life . His speech was evaluated by TM Yashashree.
TM Deepti gave her L1 P1 Speech on ‘Maps’. She spoke about different types of maps and their usages. Her speech was evaluated by TM Nancy Roji.
Table Topic Master TM Pratibha Tiwari came up with ‘emojis and mother’s day theme based’ topics. TM Murari, TM SivaKrishna, TM Dipak Soni, TM Kumarappan and DTM Rajsekhar participated.
The general evaluation was done by TM Ramakrishnan. His crisp evaluation was quite insightful. He suggested that evaluation should be done with new parameters by considering virtual platform. She advised to work upon punctuality and time management.
During the meeting TME conducted ‘Emojis Quiz’ game which eneriched everyone’s knowledge.
The meeting was declared closed by the Acting President at 10:31 pm. She congratulated all role players and speakers and appreciated all for making meeting successful with innovative ideas.
