This was the first joint meeting of year 2019 in warm atmosphere for everyone. Expectation of ‘learning by sharing’ as envisaged was observed in reality during the meeting. The aura of happiness got enlarged along with enrichment of knowledge.  Meeting was flawlessly conducted by TME Ramakrishnan. It was opened by both the Presidents TM Abidul Islam and TM Moushumee B at 7:40 pm.

Thought of the evening “Hangovers keep us fresh and we should embrace our hangovers” was given by TM Mini Kripal. Word “Profound” was introduced by Word Master TM Namrata Pandey.

TM Rajendra Satam gave his Pathway Icebreaker speech. He explained how to conquer fear in one’s life and shared his life experience. His speech was evaluated by TM Ranjith Nair.

TM Alok Mishra gave his Pathway Icebreaker speech. He spoke about his life story with ups & downs along with experience of transformation to a responsible person. His speech was evaluated by TM Namrata Pandey.

TM Jaykrishanan gave his Project 7 speech on ‘ACES’. He spoke about the upcoming innovations in automobile industry. His speech was evaluated by TM Maushumee.

TM Pratibha Tiwari gave her Pathway Project L2-P2 speech on ‘Balanced Focus’. She said that how balancing of focus can bring more productivity and success in our life. Her speech was evaluated by TM Sanjay Cardoza.

TM Bhushan Mehta gave his Pathway Project L1-P2 speech on ‘Impact of religion in daily human life’. He told every religion is based on a belief system. This brings morality, values, protection and humanity in our life. His speech was evaluated by TM Mohhamad Asif.

TM Mohammed Aslam came up with interesting table topics. TM Deepak, TM Darpan , TM Snehal, Guest Binoy participated. Table topics were the following:

  1. Expectations are collection of beliefs about what the future holds.
  2. Is bravery an inherent trait in a person or is it something that can be cultivated? Why or why not?
  3. What advice would you give to a young person who is scared about moving into their adult life?
  4. I prefer being a small fish in a big pond. Do you agree? Why or why not?

The general evaluation was done by TM Ashit Korgaonkar. He appreciated TME and role players for their job. He gave few suggestions.  He insisted for proper salutation and not to use ‘thank you’ and ‘sorry’. He said that thought of the day should align with theme of the meeting. He emphasized that since it was joint meeting, accordingly agenda should list the names of officers of both the clubs. He expected for more joint meeting in future.

The meeting was declared closed by both the Presidents at 9:45 pm and dinner was served.
