Listen To Music

Our mind is a genius Super Computer. Mind is said to be a good servant but bad master.  You must have noticed first the activities occurs in mind and then it turns to reality.

Many times we want to do something but we keep on postponing the things. Imagine you are sitting in couch and you want to go and have a cup of water, who is in charge of proceeding the task? I believe its definitely our “Master Mind”

In a day we spend majority of the time performing the things unconsciously. What if we do it consciously instead? which can lead to better results. Its not easy to still the mind. Yes mind is the biggest enemy but it can also be your best friend. It would be great if we had a kind of switch to change the mind. “Listening to MUSIC” is one of the beautiful method to lead the mind.

Music is the general melody of sounds. In many cultures music is an important part of people’s way of life as it plays a key role in religious rituals, ceremonies like graduation and marriage, social activities like dance. Music affects the brain in many positive ways. It makes you smarter, happier and more  productive at any age and its important to know musicians have better brains.

Lets have a look at the effect of music, imagine you are in a theater watching a movie which has horror scene. lets give a twist by adding a comedy music into it, i bet audience will burst into laughter. Ever noticed the music in restaurant which gave you a pleasant dining experience and made you eat more!!

Scientifically its proven in cow milking industry when soothing music is played, cows yielded highest milk than a regular day. Same with the plants they grew well and produced more flowers and fruits. Records shows that patients recovering in hospitals showed more improvement listening to healing music.

Being mother a simple tips for moms who are building foundation for their child’s future to give music a good try whether its for studies or games. I am introducing “Relaxing music for eating” to my son Arjun as an effort to improve his eating habits and i could see tremendous improvement in him!!

There are heaps of music available such as music for energy, positivity, cooking and also sleeping, former are specially for home makers like me. If you find some task difficult just play the music then see how it will create a cake walk moment for you to complete. I can say i am quite addicted to music. I listen to early morning music,yoga music, breakfast music, piano, flute etc, it instantly changes the mood.

Sometimes music is all you need to make you feel better. Its said that you are what you listen to and so go ahead listen to music. while writing this article i definitely used music, yes you guessed it right its “Creative music”.
